Tilawat E Quran provides online educational instruction including live 1-on-1 tutoring, group sessions, self-paced study resources, recitations, and progress tracking tools for Quranic and Islamic studies.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create a student account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, branding, digital study materials, graphics, text, audio recordings, and software on Tilawat E Quran remain the exclusive property of Tilawat E Quran.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

5. Student Code of Conduct

Users agree to maintain a respectful and polite decorum during live sessions with tutors and staff. Harassment, disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or unauthorized recording of classes is strictly prohibited.

6. Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Students may reschedule classes by notifying their tutor at least 4 hours in advance. Tuition fee refunds or lesson credit rollover requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in according with our service policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tilawat E Quran shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party internet service failures beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
